Our Mission
Gifted Hands Initiative exists to restore dignity, confidence, and care to Detroit youth, seniors, veterans, and families through consistent community-based grooming services, mentorship, and future skill-building opportunities. We believe a haircut is more than appearance, it can support self-esteem, school readiness, personal pride, and community connection.
